Friday- Arrive & Unwind
Check-in from 3pm, though you are very welcome to arrive earlier and leave your bags. Take your time settling in, finding your space, and easing into the surroundings.
Once checked in, join Katherine and your fellow retreat guests for a welcome drink overlooking the lake and surrounding landscapes. This is a moment to pause, take in the setting, and begin to unwind from the pace of everyday life while gently connecting with the group.
As the evening begins, we gather for a relaxed two-course welcome dinner in the hotel restaurant. A comfortable and welcoming start to the retreat, giving everyone time to connect, enjoy good food, and settle in together.
After dinner, we come together for Katherine's opening session:
"Sound to Sleep"
A gentle sound session to help you land into the weekend.
A quiet space to soften and settle.
The bowls guide your body out of the day, out of the travel, out of the holding it all together energy and into something slower.
Breath deepens

You’ll drift to bed feeling calm, held, and ready for deep rest.
Saturday- Reset, Explore & Restore
Wake at your own pace and enjoy breakfast at the hotel, with both cooked and continental options available.
Begin the morning slowly - perhaps with a swim in the indoor pool, time in the gym, or simply relaxing and taking in the views across the lake.
Later in the morning, join Katherine for a deeply immersive session:
"Switch Off The Noise" – Deep Sound Immersion
A two-hour session where you can lie down, fully switch off, and be held in a calm, supportive space.
Nothing to do, nowhere else to be.
No performing.
No holding it all together.
A space to receive.
The sound frequencies work with your nervous system, guiding you to slow down, release tension, and reset.

In the afternoon, join your host Katherine and enjoy the surrounding area together, whether that’s a walk through the local landscape or time exploring nearby Ambleside, with its independent shops, cafés, and relaxed atmosphere. Lunch is at your own leisure.
Return to the resort for your three-hour spa experience at the award-winning Low Wood Bay Spa. Set on the shores of Lake Windermere, the spa offers indoor and outdoor thermal experiences, including infinity pools overlooking the lake, saunas, steam rooms, and peaceful relaxation areas designed to help you fully unwind and recharge.
That evening, we dine together in a different restaurant within the resort for a relaxed two-course dinner, offering another opportunity to connect and enjoy the evening together.
Sunday-Final Session, At Leisure & Departure
Wake at your own pace and enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
Later in the morning, join Katherine for the closing session:
“Reclaiming” – Journalling, Breathwork & Sound
A slower, reflective session to gather yourself back and integrate the weekend.
We begin with guided journalling and gentle breathwork, creating space to check in with yourself.

From there, we move into a soft sound journey, allowing everything from the weekend to settle and integrate.
After the session, the rest of the day is yours to enjoy at leisure. Check-out is by 11am, however you are welcome to leave your bags and spend the afternoon with Katherine and the group, whether that’s heading out for a walk, exploring Windermere, or taking a lake cruise.
Depart at your own pace, taking time to leave feeling grounded, rested, and reconnected.
To ensure the best experience, the final itinerary/timings may alter slightly. Any major changes will be discussed prior.
