bescapes retreats are designed for women of all ages who are seeking a break from their busy lives. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind, jumpstart your wellness journey, tap into your artistic side or deepen your spiritual connection.

At our retreats, we believe in creating a unique and inclusive experience for all. Whether you come alone or with friends, you'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals through group activities, workshops, and experiences. We understand that everyone has different needs and preferences, which is why we offer a welcoming environment where you can choose how much to involve yourself in the group experience, with no questions asked. And of course, we also understand the importance of having time for yourself. That's why we offer individual experiences and plenty of free time for you to unwind in your own company.  

We believe in creating an intimate and personal experience for each attendee. Group sizes will be detailed on the escape details page and is usually between 10- 18 guests. 

At Bescapes, we believe that luxury and comfort are essential to a fulfilling retreat experience. That's why we pride ourselves on our boutique accommodation, where you'll have your own private and luxurious ensuite room. No sharing rooms or bathrooms with strangers - Join us for a truly indulgent retreat.

We believe that food is an essential part of a fulfilling retreat experience. That's why we have our own private chefs on site to cater to your needs. All meals are included, and we offer an exciting selection of nourishing and tasty options. We're not a detox retreat - we focus on nourishment and enjoyment. If you have any dietary requirements, please inform us prior to travel, and we'll be happy to cater to your needs.

Each barn has its own living quarters and kitchen, giving you the freedom to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to bring your favourite treats and drinks to enjoy during your stay.

We are not a fitness bootcamp! Unless a specific level is specified on the escape details page, all levels and abilities are catered for. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our trainers are here to support and encourage you every step of the way.

At our retreats, we want you to have all the information you need to get the most out of your experience. Once your booking is confirmed and prior to travel, you'll receive a pre-travel pack with everything you need to know, including what to pack, tips, questionnaires to help you get the most out of the experience, and travel information. 

Please note that travel to the retreats is not included, and you'll need to make your own way. However, we're always happy to make suggestions, link up with other guests and help you plan your route. Join us for a stress-free and fulfilling retreat. 

If your escape is within 45 days at the point of booking we require the full amount. However, if you are booking out of 45 days, a small non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your place, or you can pay in full. Payment plans are available, and you can arrange to pay it off in instalments up to 45 days before your trip is set to begin. Please email us at hello@bescapes.co.uk to discuss payment plans.

Please note that if you cancel outside of 45 days, you will receive a full refund minus your initial deposit. All cancellations need to be received in writing.
