York Girlies - Luxury Lake District Wellness Escape

Friday

Independent check in from 3pm. Unpack and unwind in your luxurious home for the weekend. Meet with your hosts and the York Girlies. Enjoy full use of the hotels facilities which includes fitness room and main indoor swimming pool or soak up your surroundings on a lakeside stroll.

Welcome Dinner at the W Restaurant. 2 course dinner and 1 drink per person (soft, beer or wine)

You time. Retreat to your room or enjoy the hotel facilities with the York Girlies.

Saturday

Breakfast and Leisure time. Full cooked or continental breakfast at leisure or join your host. For those wanting a more energetic morning enjoy a morning session in the hotels fitness suite or enjoy a leisurely swim. Enjoy a slow morning doing exactly what you want!

Meet you at the Lake! Wake up and feel revitalised with a magical experience exploring the serene shores of Lake Windermere on your paddleboard Let the gentle waves guide you as you take in the breath-taking views. The perfect way to reconnect and be present in the moment.

Afternoon tea at W restaurant. We head back to our luxurious hotel to enjoy a fine selection of tea, sandwiches, and cakes.

Indulgent Spa Experience. With stunning views of the lake from the infinity pool and hot tubs, rated one of the top spa venues in the lakes enjoy a variety of thermal spaces to help you relax and rejuvenate.

Dinner at Blue Smoke Restaurant. 2 course dinner and 1 drink per person (soft, beer or wine)

Sunday

Breakfast and Leisure time. Full cooked or continental breakfast at leisure or join your host. For those wanting a more energetic morning enjoy a morning session in the hotels fitness suite or enjoy a leisurely swim. Enjoy a slow morning doing exactly what you want!

We will depart our rooms for check out at 11:00, hotel will store any luggage.

Countryside walk. Escape to nature with a countryside walk with your York Girlies. Enjoy fresh air, stunning scenery, and peaceful surroundings. Lace up your boots and blow away the cobwebs today.

As your magical weekend comes to an end, it's time to say goodbye to the amazing group of girls you've bonded with and the unforgettable experience you've had.

With several of the Wainwrights’ walks a stone’s throw away and the walkers’ town of Ambleside a mile away, Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa is the perfect base for relaxing and exploring the Lakes.

Residential guests have access to the fitness facilities which include our fitness room and main indoor swimming pool. All guests can access the fitness room between 7:30am - 8pm and the main indoor pool from 7:30am - 10am (last entry at 9:30am) and 5.30pm - 8pm (Adults only, last entry 7:30pm).

Maximum group size is 20 people.

Please note that we require minimum numbers to run this retreat.

Non- refundable deposit of £199 is required at the time of booking. Upon receiving confirmation Email you will be invited to pay in full or agree to payment plan by bank transfer.

Terms- Should you be unable to attend the retreat, we will require written notification and we will offer the space for resale if numbers fall below the minimum. If your space is not resold, full payment will be due. If we are able to refill the space, or we do not fall below the minimum group numbers you will be returned all money, minus £60 admin fee.
